This gourmet salad green adds robust, peppery flavour to salads. Also delicious when mixed with other greens and cooked like spinach. Flowers are edible with nutty flavour. The long dark green leaves develop into loose, open heads and thrive in both hot and cold weather. Grow for spring and fall crops.
