Return, Shipping and Shopping Policies


Items bought in store are available for a return under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • In original packaging
  • With receipt
  • Unused

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electronic parts
  • Any equipment that has been used
  • Special order parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee even if returnable


Once a return is received and inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price, less any restocking fees, plus HST using the method in which you used to pay originally. The original card must be present to complete the return. Purchases made through Interac will be returned in cash.



Refunds from online purchases are subject to the same conditions as items purchased in-store.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


SECTION 3- Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
