Dill is an easy-to-grow annual herb with tall feathery foliage that reaches 90-120cm (36-48") in height. The fragrant, calcium-rich seeds are an essential ingredient in pickles, while the aromatic foliage is used to flavour salads, fish, sauces, soups and more.
Dill can also be used to make tea. Seeds are stronger and more pungent than the leaves.
