This is THE classic. The Yoder Grills - Loaded Wichita Offset Wood Pit. Now equipped standard with cooking door counterweight, heat management plate, and the second level shelf slides out for easy access. Built with ¼” steel to keep the heat in, the cooking chamber is SO roomy, with 1600 sq. in. of cooking space for any size cookout. 

Offset smokers are one of the more traditional formats. The firebox is fixed to the side of the cooking chamber. As the wood burns, smoke drives across the cooking chamber, over the food, and out the other side through the exhaust chute. With a simple design, no electronics, few moving pieces, and rock-solid construction, this is the last smoker you’ll ever need to buy.
